How many days does It take to ship orders?

All orders require a 3-5 business days production time (may be longer during holidays). All items are made to order. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

USA (HI, AK, PR, GUAM)

CANADA

INTERNATIONAL

Please allow 4-7 business days to process and 5-20 business days for delivery.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
